LG Chem Launches Revamped ESS Partner Portal
New Look Emphasizes User Friendliness and Easier Access to Information

19 March 2018 – LG Chem, Korea's leading manufacturer of advanced Lithium-ion batteries, has launched its redesigned Energy Storage System (ESS) partner portal to strengthen services for both the company's esteemed partners and customers.

Since its grand launch in 2016, the portal (www.lgesspartner.com) has served as an effective communication platform linking the company to its valuable RESU partners. Through the portal's redesign, LG Chem intends to strengthen and better utilize the use of its digital platform to more effectively reach its partners as well as customers.

LG Chem's RESU, a residential ESS product, helps customers achieve the goal of energy self-consumption and ultimately energy independence. The RESU series leads the global market for residential ESS and received the prestigious ees Award in 2016.

The revamp features a wholly efficient structure that allows visitors to more conveniently explore the exceptional capabilities and benefits of LG Chem's products, especially RESU. The portal also offers an easy search function for a variety of information and thus enables customer access to details on trusted product installers within the region. Moreover, the layout of menus and tables has been reorganized to make more effective use of the display space. The site is also mobile-friendly.

Additionally, LG Chem will continuously develop and share useful content based on the hands-on experiences of its customers to convey the benefits of its products and help in decision making. The stories of customers in Australia and Germany are available on the site and more stories from other regions will follow.
